Fasm Creative - Big 'ol Shark!
Big 'ol Shark!Here’s a large mural I did earlier this year at a restaurant called Bauhaus. When I asked the owner about the theme, he responded, “I’m a California boy.” I took it from there! Did I miss anything you would have put in the mural? Well, I’m all finished with the beauty college, including a full clear coat. This was a big project for me and the heat was intense! Most days were between 90°F and 100°F. Despite the heat, I’m extremely happy with the final results and so are the clients. I even had my daughter paint a section with some mermaids. The entire building is now covered with art. It started last year with 3 murals on the building via DoMo Walls mural festival which is about to happen again this year starting on Sept 29th in downtown Modesto, CA. Please come out and support our amazing artists this year. How fresh is that coffee you bought at the grocery store? No roast date on it? No clue how old that crap is. We roast small batches so it's always fresh!! Our new coffee offering is a high rated Ethiopia with some nice blueberry notes! This is a medium roast and sure to please any level of coffee drinker. My latest project is one that I would really like to do more of! Camper trailers and RV’s. It hit me as I was painting this project…I like doing these. It’s a manageable size. It’s mobile and tons of people will get to see it. And lastly, it’s outdoor focused themes, which I love. The owners are friends of mine and I’ve camped with them a few times. Spring is just about here and it's usually my busiest season. After doing a lot of trout fishing last year I've been thinking about painting fish. Thinking back, I’ve mostly painted sea turtles as far as underwater animals. But who doesn't like sea turtles? My partner and I just roasted a fresh batch of Honduras coffee beans on 3/3/25.
